Our products
What are your products made of?
Our products are primarily made from bamboo viscose, which is a soft and durable material known for its breathability and moisture-wicking properties. Bamboo viscose is also an environmentally-friendly alternative as bamboo is a fast-growing and renewable resource.
To provide extra stretch to our garments, we also include spandex in our products. Spandex is an elastic material that offers a comfortable fit.
To improve the durability and wear resistance of our products, we also use nylon in some of our garments. Nylon is known for its strength and resistance to wear, making it suitable for use in clothing that undergoes a lot of activity and movement.
To achieve a good balance between comfort and functionality, we also include a small amount of cotton in some of our products. Cotton is a natural material that is soft and breathable.
We strive to offer products that are both comfortable and environmentally-friendly, and we carefully select our materials and their sources to achieve this goal.

Where are your garments produced?
All our items are designed in Antwerp, Belgium and produced in small ateliers in Portugal.
How do I care for my product(s)?
To ensure that your garments last longer, we recommend you follow the washing instructions on the label.
The essentials for taking care of your Dock & Bay are:
- Cold machine wash (under 30 degrees). After the first few washes it's ok to turn up the heat.
- The pouches are hand wash only and should not go in the washing machine.
- Don't mix your white shirt or dress with a coloured towels (or coloured anything), it can lead to tears! We also recommend not washing our stripy towels and block colour towels in the same wash. Just to be on the safe side!
- Try not to use fabric softener, as over time it can reduce the absorbency of the towel. Using fabric softener will not destroy your towel the first time it is used, but over time, it can degrade the performance of your product, and we want it to last as long as possible for you!
- Do not bleach, or put near fire or hot implements.
- Tumble drying is ok if you need to, but air-drying is kinder to our products.

What size should I order?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Returning
Can I return/exchange my purchase?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your recent Glint order. We will gladly accept any items that are in new condition and have not been worn, washed, or altered.
All returns and exchanges must be done according to the guidelines of our Return and Exchange Policy.
How do I return my order?

We allow up to 14 days since you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Is there a charge for returns?
Yes. Any returns from mainland Spain will have a charge of 4€ if its dropped off at a pick up point . For other returns, please check our
Returns can be made by post as usual. We charge €6.90 for returns. This will be deducted from the refund of the purchase amount.Free returns and exchanges are possible in the store.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. For mainland Europe returns, you can request an instant refund via Reveni.
