What are your products made of?
Our products are made from bamboo, a natural fibre that’s kind to both you and the planet.
Why bamboo?
Because it's the perfect match for travellers who want to feel good, look good, and do good. Bamboo allows us to create high-quality products that tick all the boxes for modern travellers—silky soft, breathable, antibacterial, wrinkle-resistant and more. Plus, it helps us do our bit for the planet we love to explore. Bamboo is far more eco-friendly than many other materials, using less water and land, growing without harmful chemicals and being fully biodegradable. It’s the perfect balance of style and sustainability.
Where are your garments produced?
All our items are produced in Portugal because we believe in supporting small-scale ateliers that prioritise quality and ethical production. Portugal has a rich history of craftsmanship, and we’re proud to team up with local artisans who share our values. By producing here, we can ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and a smaller environmental footprint.
How do I care for my product(s)?
Taking care of your bamboo pieces is super easy. Here are some tips to keep them looking their best:
- Wash on a gentle 30° cycle with similar colours.
- Avoid tumble drying – air dry instead to preserve their softness and shape.
- Ironing is rarely needed, but if you do, use a low heat setting.
With just a little love and care, your bamboo items will stay soft, gorgeous and ready for your next adventure!
Ordering & payment
What size should I order?
I’d recommend taking your normal size or one size down if you prefer a less oversized fit.
For ultimate comfort, we’ve chosen a relaxed fit across our collection. Our tees feature dropped shoulders and longer sleeves for that easy, laid-back vibe. Our sweaters also have dropped shoulders and a wider waistband for extra (hip)comfort. As for our wide-leg pants, they come with an elastic waistband and an adjustable cord to tighten as needed.
Can I cancel my order?
We totally get it, sometimes we change our minds too. While we currently don’t have the option to cancel or alter orders once they’re placed, we’re working on offering this feature in the future.
If your item(s) don’t work out, feel free to exchange them for a different style or return them for a refund. And remember, returns in store are completely free :)

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs will be applied and calculated at checkout.
Where is my order shipped from?
We're based in Antwerp, Belgium, so your order will be shipped directly from here.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping rates depend on the shipping zone for your destination.
- Belgium: €6,50 (FREE for orders over €150)
- Zone 1: €9,90

Denmark, Italy, Austria, Portugal, Monaco - Zone 3: €19,90

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Returning
Can I return/exchange my purchase?
We hope you love our sustainable products as much as we do, but if it’s not a perfect match, no worries—you can return your item(s).
Unfortunately exchanges aren’t available. If you'd like a different size or colour, simply return your item and place a new order. We’re happy to help if you need any assistance!
How do I return my order?
Simply drop us an email at lien@glintantwerp.be to let us know about your return and we’ll send you all the shipping details.
How long do I have to return?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
Is there a charge for returns?
As a small business, we’re unable to cover return costs. So the return shipping will be on you. Thank you for understanding!
How long will it take to process my refund?
Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
